We are keen on getting your orders shipped to you accurately, efficiently, quickly, and in socially conscious packaging. You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with your unique tracking number once the package has been scanned by the respective carrier.
At checkout, you’ll see the shipping options available to you and the rates you qualify for based on the total dollar amount of your order. Because we’re small batch, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing and shipping of your order. For expedited shipping, please keep in mind the weekend as shipping only takes place on business days. We are happy to ship all of our packages using products that are made entirely from recycled paper and plastic. Also, our packaging is reusable in the event you need to return your order to us, and is recyclable itself! Here is where you can find more info about our packaging.
If you’ve place a custom order, a member of our design team will notify you of the timeline for your order. You will receive a shipment notification once the order has been scanned by our carrier.
If you place an order and one or more of the products in your order happens to be out of stock, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to let you know which of the following options you have:
- We will contact you regarding the delivery timeline, and ship your order as soon as it is ready.
- You may choose to have the available items in your order ship first, and we will ship the backordered items once they’re ready.
- We can help you choose a replacement item or cancel the backordered items..
