Brownlee.co now accepts returns for a store credit, giving you the option to exchange your purchased merchandise for a different item(s). Brownlee will accept merchandise only if it remains in its original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt. For any items not returned in this condition, we cannot grant an exchange and the merchandise will be returned to you.
A prepaid FedEx return label will be included with your package. Please use this label to send back the item(s) you will be returning and we will provide you with your exchange upon receiving. If for some reason you did not receive a label, contact email@example.com and we will provide one for you.
