We stand behind the products we make. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to help you return it and assist with placing a new order or issuing a refund.
We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don’t work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process simple. Items may be returned for refund or replacement, provided that you contact us within 30 days of shipment and items are in original condition. Please email email@example.com to obtain a return label, and we will get one to you as quickly as possible! As a reminder, please obtain a proof of return receipt when dropping off at your preferred UPS location.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that some financial institutions can take up to 10 days to credit your account.
If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.
All sales and discounts given for date specific sales are final. We can only offer discounts on orders purchased within the timeframe of the sale.
